\n\u2013 Part of the land is in an agricultural zone and another part is reserved for public services (public landfill partly to be created, A 35).
\n\u2013 Reading the documents does not allow us to give with great precision the surface areas of the surfaces allocated to the sectors mentioned above, however by extrapolation we can, with a margin of error, agree on the following calculation:
\n1. The tracks would represent 35% of the total surface area, i.e.: 150,000 m\u00b2
\n2. The agricultural part and that reserved for the landfill would be around 50,000 m\u00b2
