AYKANA real estate agencies are selling land in Kenitra in the industrial zone.
Land with an area of 50 hectares or 500,000 m².
Based on the documents provided and according to the data contained in the intelligence note from the urban agency of Kenitra-Sidi Kacem, the following elements emerge:
– The plot covers an area of 50 ha, or 500,000 m², it is encumbered with 30 and 40 meter roads, the land is allocated to receive a 1st category industrial zone with plots of a minimum area of 2500 m².
– Part of the land is in an agricultural zone and another part is reserved for public services (public landfill partly to be created, A 35).
– Reading the documents does not allow us to give with great precision the surface areas of the surfaces allocated to the sectors mentioned above, however by extrapolation we can, with a margin of error, agree on the following calculation:
1. The tracks would represent 35% of the total surface area, i.e.: 150,000 m²
2. The agricultural part and that reserved for the landfill would be around 50,000 m²
The total remaining area would therefore be: 500,000 – 200,000 m² = 300,000 m²
– We could consider a design that would give 120 plots of land, each having 2500 m² as stipulated in the information note for the 1st category industrial zone.
– It is certain that a more in-depth study would allow for greater precision regarding the purpose of the project and the areas allocated to each zone.
